Sore Experience with Jobs in US and Alternative for Sponsorship

Some facts that will be helpful which I have learned the hard way, if you are looking for jobs and need to be sponsored for work visa or looking for higher studies and do not know what to pursue. I have a solution that has been explored my many but many fresh grads are not aware off. First let me tell you how i landed up here:
I have learned it the hard way, I came here a few years back to pursue my MBA and work in the same field. I started pursuing my MBA, worked my way through good grades thinking that would help me land up in my relevant field of work. Excited about getting into the real world, had no business background  before this whatsoever, so I finished my MBA in Finance. Started applying for jobs in the same field soon after graduation. Applied for entry level positions and internships as i had no experience. It turned out that internship are for undergrads in most of the cases - companies only consider an MBA student for internship only when he/she is in the first year and still studying. No one ever told me that not my counselor or any of the professors.
Anyway I started  applying for entry level positions that required a minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience. I wondered why no company responded back for scheduling an interview, I used references from those companies which i will tell you in my  future blogs on how to connect to people and get their references. So, when I started using references I got to know the reason for not being accepted for those positions. I needed sponsorship and companies usually do not sponsor people for entry level positions. I looked and looked but no results, so i finally quit that and looked for other routes to start working. Well the best way I found was to get into IT cum business/non technical jobs for example : Business Analysis,Quality Assurance etc., that to some extent can be linked to your business degrees.

There are thousand of consultancies who would be willing to sponsor your work visa. They utilize your OPT (Optional Practical Training) duration to find you contract jobs and file for your work visa after your OPT completion. So there is a very simple logic behind  how this consulting job works.
Example: A 'Contractor' (YOU) are hired by a 'Client' (DELL, MACY'S, APPLE,GOOGLE,Blue Cross Blue Shield etc.,) to render services to them for a certain duration based on the 'Project' (Enhancement or effort to create a new application for their business growth) and  you represent your 'Employer'(Consultancy you choose to work with and allow to sponsor for your work permit) when you work at the Client location. Your employer is liable for your pay, benefits etc, and not your client. The Client pays the amount negotiated with your employer for your services, your paycheck goes to your employer, he takes a chuck of your pay every month for providing you the training, for filing your work permit and finding you that job and pays you the your share of the pay check for your work.

I know there are many questions at this point that may have come to your mind :You must be wondering how do you get this contract job when you have no experience in IT or anything related to technology?
A funny fact ' You know, your employer knows it but not your Client that you have 0 experience '  and because you are contracted they do not really dig deep on how long you have been working other than the resume that is submitted to them which shows you have an experience anywhere between 5 - 10yrs .

Now you must be thinking this is insane how do I clear my interview if they have shown that kind of experience ? Well that is where Proxy interviews come into picture (only if it is a phone interview which in most cases is ). Some one else takes your call and gets you through the interview.
The biggest test is when you get on the job you have to really learn fast. Try to gather as much information as you can, find someone at work who does the same job as you do to guide you on how to deal with situations. Be smart to ask him questions without confronting him that this is your first job. People have been surviving and working this way for over a decade now. Everyone in consulting starts the same way so here you go, one good way to start making some good money and be sponsored.
